The room was comfortable and clean, providing a decent space for my stay. I encountered noise disturbances from other guests and the kitchen below, which disrupted my sleep. the staff's responsiveness could be improved, as I found some interactions to be less than welcoming.

There were also issues with clarity regarding the dining options. the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner more than it was open throughout our visit, which was frustrating given the limited choices nearby. Lastly, the staff were mostly uninterested and unhelpful, leading to a disappointing overall experience.

Adequate stay near La Defense

The hotel is conveniently located, perfect for attending events at La Defense Arena. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was clean and functional, making for a reasonable night's rest.

The service leaves much to be desired. I encountered a lack of basic hospitality, particularly in the dining area, where staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. On one occasion, breakfast items ran out, causing confusion among guests needing assistance.

The location is limited, primarily serving those headed to events at the nearby arena, with few restaurants or shops in the vicinity unless you venture a bit farther via metro. the noise levels from other guests and the kitchen below can be quite troublesome, especially if you're hoping for peace and quiet. There were also some cleanliness issues noted by others, and the lack of hot water during the evening raised concerns about maintenance. Lastly, dining options were confusing, with information about meal availability not clearly communicated, leading to some disappointing dining experiences.

I stayed for three nights and loved the clean room and pleasant shower. however, the restaurant service during breakfast could be improved.

Comfortable and clean spot

Spent 2 nights in a comfy room with good air con and a great shower. The location is pretty chill with a quick walk to La Defense arena. Staff were super nice and helpful too! Only wish the dining options were a bit more varied, but the bar area was a nice place to grab a drink.

Ideal location for events with clean rooms that have premium bedding. The shower in my Standard Double Room was hot with good pressure, making for a refreshing experience after a long day. Breakfast offered a delightful buffet with both sweet and savory options, providing a great start to the day.
